Cleaning and Care

Glass Ceramic Cooking Surface

It is important to clean the cooking surface after every use!

Important! Never use aggressive cleaners such as, for example, coarse

scouring cleaners or pan cleaners that scratch.

0 1. Always clean the cooking surface when is only a little dirty. Use a damp

cloth and a little washing up liquid.

Then rub the cooking surface dry with a clean cloth. Remnants of

cleaner must not be left on the surface.

2. Clean the entire cooking surface thoroughly once a week. Use "Sidol-

Edelstahlglanz", "Stahl-Fix", "WK-Top" or "Cillit" for cleaning.

3. Then rinse the entire cooking surface with plain water and rub it dry

with a clean cloth.

Ensure that no remnants of cleaner are left on the surface! Otherwise

the cooking surface will be damaged!

Only use the recommended cleaners.
