… the cooking zones will not switch on.

Check whether

– the operating panel is locked (see chapter “Locking the operating

panel”).

– a period of more than 10 seconds elapses after operating the “On/

Off” switch and before the selected cooking zone comes on (see

chapter “Switching on the appliance”.)

– the sensor fields may be partially covered by a damp cloth or by liq-

uid.

Check whether

– the “On/Off” switch was activated by mistake.

– the safety shut-down was activated.

not yet hot enough.

Check whether

– the pan is located on the correct cooking zone,

– the diameter of the pan base is too small for the cooking zone,

– the pan is suitable for induction.
